Jeffrey Epstein's girlfriend, Ghislaine Maxwell, reportedly believes she won't be prosecuted due to having "dirt" on people.

Ghislaine Maxwell, former girlfriend of Jeffrey Epstein, reportedly believes she won't be prosecuted because she has "dirt" on too many people. The Daily Beast. Maxwell is accused of being Epstein's pimp, providing him with underage girls. Maxwell is currently being protected by her rich friends who are providing her a place to stay and are even paying her bills. Maxwell was reportedly relieved at Epstein's death as she was afraid he was going to turn on her.  

The Daily Mail is reporting that a source has claimed that Ghislaine Maxwell was a foreign intelligence agent working for multiple intel agencies and is on the run. She is spending her time in the UK and Israel. 

My Comment:

I think both of these reports should be taken with a grain of salt. They seem extremely plausible but in both cases the reports relied on a single source. The Daily Beast story at least named the source, Laura Goldman, a Maxwell family friend, but the Daily Mail story didn't have a named source. I'm usually wary of stories like this but given the lack of coverage of Maxwell and the Jeffrey Epstein story I took what I can get. 

I do think that Maxwell is a criminal and she should have been prosecuted awhile ago. She was working directly with Epstein and helped him get underage girls at the very least. At worst she was a agent for domestic and foreign intelligence agencies. She should go to prison for the rest of her life. 

But is she avoiding prosecution because of the dirt she has? Maybe. I don't know if I buy that though. Jeffrey Epstein had all the same dirt but he got arrested. He probably got killed for it but the fact remains that if he had wanted to he could have dumped his dirt on everyone. That didn't stop him from being arrested and I doubt it would stop Maxwell from being arrested as well. 

Is she being protected? I think so. My guess is if the government knew where Maxwell was she would be arrested already. If it's true that her rich friends are providing for her than I think it's pretty obvious she is being protected. But if she is being harbored by a foreign intelligence agency or multiple agencies than it will be extremely hard to bring her to justice. 

I do think that the accusation that she is in Israel does tend to point to a certain intelligence agency being responsible for Epstein and Maxwell and that would be Mossad. Though Israel has several intelligence agencies I think Mossad is the most likely suspect with this newest information, if it turns out to be correct. 

I personally am extremely frustrated with the way the Epstein case turned out. Epstein wasn't protected so he wasn't able to burn all the people he had dirt on. If he had then some of the worlds most powerful people would have been held accountable for once. The only person to face any real consequences other than Epstein himself was Prince Andrew and those consequences were mostly in terms of losing face. He isn't going to jail and I worry that nobody else is either...
